Status of kitchen waste disposal
According to the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Construction of Harmless Treatment Facilities for Urban Domestic Waste", nearly 86% of my country's kitchen waste has not been treated harmlessly, let alone resource utilization.
Kitchen waste characteristics:High moisture content, high organic content, containing a large number of pathogenic microorganisms, easy to rot and stink, breeding pests.


Early disposal: landfill or incineration
The investment is large, which is not conducive to the development of the ecological environment; the traditional landfill is easy to rot and stink and breed mosquitoes and flies in a relatively short period of time; the high moisture content affects the calorific value of the incineration plant
Domestic current main treatment process: aerobic composting, anaerobic digestion
Aerobic Compost:Poor compost quality. The maturity is low, the content of organic matter is more than 20%, and the content of impurities such as sand, glass and plastic is high. The composition is complex, the front sorting line is complex and lengthy, and the sorting effect is not good. The project occupies a large area and the odor control is difficult.
Anaerobic Digestion:Compared with aerobic composting, the investment is larger, but it has the advantages of short fermentation time, small footprint, resource utilization of biogas produced in anaerobic process, and small secondary pollution.
Advantages of dry anaerobic technology

Strabag LARAN dry anaerobic technology has a variety of specifications (1900m3~3200 m3), which can be flexibly selected according to the project situation. Moreover, the technology has low requirements for pretreatment process and high compatibility with impurities. It also has certain advantages in heating, such as low heating demand, low loss, strong adaptability to dry matter content in the reactor, low heat requirement and low process water consumption;
