What are the advantages of dry anaerobic digestion technology?
As the main component of urban organic domestic waste, it has the characteristics of high moisture, high oil, high salt, perishable and biodegradable. Direct landing is appropriate. At present, the treatment of kitchen waste is mainly based on resource utilization, such as feed, aerobic composting, anaerobic digestion and biogas recovery. What are the advantages of dry anaerobic digestion technology?
What are the advantages of dry anaerobic digestion technology?
1. Dry anaerobic digestion technology not only has high waste treatment efficiency and obtains organic fertilizer products with higher fertilizer content, but also produces biogas as energy. This is very important in the era of energy shortage in the world. Anaerobic digestion technology is one of the important biomass utilization technologies. It converts solid organic matter into dissolved organic matter, and then transfers the energy contained in the waste into rich gas for combustion or power generation, realizing the recovery of resources and energy; after anaerobic digestion, there are fewer stars and the nature is stable; the reaction equipment is closed, The smell is controllable.
2. Aerobic digestion improves the energy balance of organic waste treatment and has great advantages in economic and environmental aspects. However, if wet anaerobic digestion of kitchen waste is used, the energy consumption of mixing equipment and dehydration equipment is very large. At the same time, because of the need to clean up, so will be removed in the middle of the residue caused by biogas interruption. In addition, the amount of water used for wet dilution (about 1 ton of water/1 ton of garbage), thereby increasing the amount of biogas treatment, is a substantial increase in process operating costs.
3. Anaerobic Digestion of Kitchen Waste The company understands that it is designed to keep solid waste in its original state for anaerobic digestion and only dilute with water at a high concentration (TS60%). Therefore, dry anaerobic digestion technology is directly used. It does not need to add water or dehydrate, simplifying the previous treatment and saving energy consumption. In addition, dry anaerobic technology meets the requirements of current municipal waste treatment because it can treat high solid rate waste.
What are the six factors that affect dry anaerobic fermentation technology?
1. Municipal solid waste ingredients: food residues, waste paper, glass, ceramics, plastics, metal products and other wastes, coal ash and manure. Features: The composition is complex and changes with seasons and occasions; the food residue ratio needs to reach more than 60%, and it has not been classified.
2. Polls and livestock ingredients: urine of chickens, quails, pigeons, ducks, geese and other poultry; urine of pigs, sheep, cattle and other domestic animals, as well as rabbits, silkworms and earthworms. Features: There is a foul smell, there are Chinese mosquitoes and a large number of bacteria and eggs, but it is rich in organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and trace elements, and C/N is relatively low. It is suitable for compost, feed and swamp raw materials. Can be used as a soil conditioner to promote crop growth.
3. Sludge composition: sediment, floating residue, primary sludge, secondary sludge, activated sludge, digested sludge, paper sludge, refined sludge, etc. Features: Easy to rot, high water content, not easy to dehydrate; organic matter content is about 50%, rich in plant nutrients, can be used as soil conditioner and compost raw materials, but need to remove harmful metals, organic pollutants, pathogens, parasitic insects and other harmful elements.
4. Agricultural products and their processing waste ingredients: wheat straw, rice straw, corn straw, leaves, weeds, sawdust, corncob, bean pod, peanut shell, cottonseed shell, chaff, cotton stalk, sawdust, etc. Features: Mainly carbohydrates, many types, large quantities, cheap and easy to obtain, are ideal raw materials for good nutrients and microorganisms; good physicochemical properties, suitable for industrial raw materials, high heat after drying, incineration, cleaning, and extensive use of ashes.
5. Kitchen garbage and skin ingredients: rice flour food, vegetables, meat bones, fish bones, melon skin, fruit shells, vegetable leaves, leftovers, leftovers and waste tableware, napkins, etc. Features: high organic matter content, low calorific value, not easy to rot; water content of about 80%; simple composition, less poisoning content; rich nutrients; complex sources, need to properly handle the original bacteria.
6. Food industry waste ingredients: wheat bran, scum, sugar, bone meal, filtrate, wheat bran residue, knife hemp, edible fungus residue, etc. Features: large yield, centralized treatment; all aspects of nutrients, less impurities, suitable for feed, compost raw materials and anaerobic fermentation.
